Sleeping arrangements: Two bedrooms each with a King bed. Upstairs on main floor, sofa has a bed too.  The living room has a full size bathroom with shower as well as a bathroom in each bedroom.  The house has a door dividing it in two so the halves can rent separately or together.  One side has the main kitchen, but there is a kitchenette in the smaller side. The listed prices are both sides together, email if you need them separate.
